All shipping costs are covered by My Sweet Holland. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Samples+
If you’ve purchased a sample, you’ll find a promotional code on the label attached to your sample.
Use this code at checkout when ordering your rug, and the cost of the sample will be applied toward your rug purchase.
Sample promotion codes are valid for 30 days, may be used for one rug per order, and can be stacked with other eligible discounts.
Returns+
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Rugs must be new and unused,
returned in original packaging when possible. A 10% restocking fee and return
shipping costs apply. Custom rugs are final sale. To start a return, please email us at brookecrane@mysweetholland.com.
Damaged Rugs+
If your rug arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the rug,
packaging, and shipping label. Once approved, we will offer a replacement,
repair, or refund. Damaged rugs are not subject to restocking fees. To start a damage claim, please email us at brookecrane@mysweetholland.com.
Delivery Timeframe+
Rugs arrive within 45–65 days unless otherwise specified.
In‑stock rugs are marked with a tag on their product photo as “Ready to Ship.” Please refer to the size variances to see what sizes in that design are ready to ship.
Care Guide
General Care+
Hand‑knotted Oushak rugs are made from natural wool and designed to age beautifully over time.
With proper care, they develop character and patina.
Vacuuming+
Vacuum regularly using suction only. Avoid beater bars or rotating brushes,
which can damage wool fibers.
Shedding+
Shedding is normal with new wool rugs and will subside over time.
This is a natural characteristic of hand‑spun wool.
Spills & Spot Cleaning+
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
Use hot water and a mild wool‑safe detergent or clear dish soap if needed.
Always test in an inconspicuous area.
Long Term Maintenance+
While these rugs are durable, stain-resistant, naturally antibacterial, and can last for generations, it is always recommended to locate a professional cleaner versed in wool. If your rug experiences higher than normal wear-and-tear, a professional cleaning is recommended every 12-18 months to remove dander, stains, hair, etc.
