Commissioning a Custom Oushak Rug

We begin with a personalized consultation to understand your space, vision, size requirements, color palette, and overall aesthetic. Inspiration images and floor plans are welcome.

Together we determine the overall direction of your rug, including motif style, scale, color, texture/pile height, and analyze different design types to identify the perfect fit for your home.

We refine a curated color palette that complements your space while honoring your previous selections. Once all of the steps above are completed and your color palette is selected, we will send a digital rendering of your design for your approval.

Once approved, your rug is sent to production to be hand‑knotted by skilled artisans using high‑quality wool and time‑honored techniques. Production timelines vary by size and complexity, but typically do not exceed 60 days.

After finishing and inspection, your rug is carefully prepared and dispatched from our facility. We provide tracking to you via email. On average, rugs are delivered from 5-9 days from dispatch date.
